RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At OffLoom, all products are made with care through print-on-demand manufacturing.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for:
• Damaged products
• Incorrect products
• Printing defects
• Wrong item delivered

To request a replacement or refund, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Non-returnable situations:
• Wrong size selected by customer
• Change of mind
• Color/design expectation differences
• Used or washed products

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
